Park Avenue is a twin tower development located in the heart of Surrey’s city centre. Located at 13750 100th Avenue, Phase 1 consists of a 44 storey tower featuring 424 suites and luxurious amenities including a large lap pool; pool house featuring entertainment kitchen lounge, hot tub, steam room and sauna; sky garden, tennis court, golf putting green, yoga pavilion, and fitness centre complete with state-of-the-art equipment.
Phase 2 is concurrently under construction; the 45 storey structure features 462 new homes.
