Design-Build
Our key to delivering successful design build projects is simple: knowledge of the latest technology and methods; diligent value-engineering; and attention to detail results in the seamless delivery of a project from beginning to end.
Our full-time Engineers and CAD Technicians use state-of-the-art technology to ensure quick and accurate designs and drawings. We can interface the architectural, mechanical, and structural with the electrical using the latest versions of AutoCAD to produce a coordinated design.
We provide E&O insurance for all our design build projects.
Design-Assist (Budget Control)
When the design team has already been chosen, we work with the electrical engineer to keep the project within the budget by providing timely and accurate value engineering, as well as sound execution on the job site.
Hard Bid
Our estimating department is always ready to bid projects which are designed and specified. We can offer our bid complete with cost saving proposals, if requested.
