Project Description
One of the largest mixed-use projects in Canada at the time, the Spectrum consisted of four residential towers (132 storeys) and surrounding townhouses for a total of 900 new homes. The 1.4 million square foot development also consisted of a 150,000 sq. ft. Costco store and parkade.
Built adjacent to Rogers Arena in Vancouver, the four towers were built simultaneously which required large crew sizes throughout the schedule. The multiple occupancies were also a challenge that was met with great success.
