This development is an example of the “future” of retail projects, which cater to the density in the neighbourhood and provide non-vehicle oriented shopping options, as transportation costs continue to rise. Retailers include: Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, Subway, A&W, CIBC and countless other services and eateries.
