Project Description
UBC Marine Drive Residences is a vibrant student residential complex consisting of five reinforced concrete buildings – 18, 18, 17, 7 and 4 storeys– totaling 625,000 square feet. A mix of studio style, double, and quadruple living quarters provide 649 student residences units for UBC. The project involved deconstruction of an existing lab facility on the site for the new towers. The towers were constructed amongst a number of occupied facilities and a busy campus compounding site logistics and an already demanding schedule.
